Guidelines for Presentations

General Information

• All abstracts will be reviewed by two members of Scientific Committee. 
• The committee will decide on their acceptance and the final type of presentation (oral or poster). 
• Notifications of acceptance will be sent in 8th April 2025.
• Accepted oral presentations can be grouped to a symposium at authors request. 

Detailed guidelines for presentations depend on the type of presentation. Please refer to the specific instructions provided below.

Oral presentations

• For oral presentations, presentations with empirical data are preferred. 
• Presentation time for oral presentations will be 10 minutes plus 5 minutes for discussion.

Poster presentations

• Format and size of the posters will be communicated by the conference website at the start of May 2025.    

Symposia 

• Symposia that fit in with the overall themes of the conference are also welcomed. A symposium consists of four accepted oral presenters and should be requested by the coordinator of the symposium after receiving notification of acceptance. 
• Each symposium may last 60 minutes.
• Symposia that consist of presenters from different organizations or countries are preferred.
